Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling We ship only to mainland UK addresses via a guaranteed three day courier.

We endeavour to deliver your order right away and normally your order will be sent to you within three business days .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.
Guarantee All products are covered by their respective manufacturer guarantees, typically a minimum of 12 months. Exceptions include wear and tear, mixer cross faders and channel faders, neglect, speaker cabinets (due to variations in use) and general misuse. For all warranty returns proof of purchase will be required. Stargoat will endeavour to repair the item where possible, however many trade suppliers require items to be returned to them by us for warranty work. No form of refund, equipment loan or new for used replacement is offered. Any damage or imperfections to new items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Goods must be returned in a reasonable, unused condition and the cost of return is at the customers expense unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation notification.
